Return Policy

At JIUM, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Opened product with signs of use cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or offer a refund.

Return Process

  1. Email us at jium.mlb@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
